I recently had the pleasure of staying at Slapen Bij De Buurvrouw, and it was an experience worth sharing, especially for fellow adventurers who cherish comfortable stays after a day of exploration! The spacious room we were given had a relaxing vibe, complete with a cozy balcony where we enjoyed our morning tea while soaking in the fresh air. The housekeeping must be applauded, as everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. Every morning, we savored a lovely continental breakfast with a nice selection that catered well to our tastes. The added benefit of free WiFi allowed us to stay connected while we was planning our next cycling adventure in the picturesque Noord-Holland region. Plus, its proximity to the Castricum railway station made it super convenient for day trips to Amsterdam and Alkmaar. A spot I'll definitely return to for both relaxation and a warm welcome!
